I am Praji, I wear many hats as a mom to my lovely daughter Eva, a wife, daughter, sister, yogi, an eternal student of yoga and many more….

I was born in Kerala, the southern tip of India with a beautiful landscape. My grandfather was an ayurveda practitioner(sister science of yoga) and an avid Yogi . Naturally I was introduced to yoga at a very young age. As I grew up I was learning sanskrit to be an ayurvedic doctor.  

As life got busier I lost interest in both ayurveda and yoga. Instead I pursued my MBA and MSc in Operations Management and started working with corporates. Eventually I developed back pain as a result of stress from work. That's when I realized I haven't practiced yoga for years and restarted yoga under an amazing teacher. Eventually I got rid of my back pain and strengthened my whole body. It is during that time I have started noticing the mental benefits of yoga, I was no longer stressed, it was like I had taken a chill pill. So I started diving deeper into yoga, meditation, pranayama(breathwork) . I developed a strong personal practice and started attending different workshops and classes. 

My personal life was evolving as well, I got married and settled  in the UK.  I left my corporate job and started working with Cancer Research. I was realizing what is more important in life and was able to see the bigger picture. That's when I decided to do my yoga teacher training to spread the joy of yoga , in its purest form to help more people to live their life to the fullest . I started teaching online and in person . As I dig deeper and deeper I realized there's more to learn and this lifetime might not be enough. Yoga is never a one dimensional practice. Yoga happens on the mat and off the mat, it is a lifestyle. 

 I have undertaken different courses in different branches of  yoga ,Ayurveda,  yogic philosophy,yoga therapy, pranayama,meditation,mantra and  kirtana. I am still continuing my learning journey determined to keep learning and keep myself amused all the time. I have done the Foundation in  Kinesiology , to improve my wisdom and to help more people. Currently I am on my Yogalates course that would help rehabilitation. 


RYT500 - Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and more than 1600 hours of training and 1500+ hours of teaching.

YOGA derived from the sanskrit word “YUJ” meaning” UNION”; It's about the union of body, mind and soul. I believe that yoga is for everyone and I like to ensure my classes are accessible and well balanced for the enthusiast and the more experienced Yogis. 

If You are interested in Yoga , be it to make you a bit more flexible, stronger, relaxed or integrate your body, mind and soul , please come along to my classes. I incorporate pranayama(breathwork), asana and guided relaxation in my classes to give you a full experience of yoga. This balanced approach helps the practitioners opening to a stronger and more flexible body, more balanced energy, more open heart, and clearer awareness, leading to a better mind body connection.

I take group classes, private classes (both 1-1 and group), deep meditation workshops and yoga retreats.  You don't need any prior yoga experience, this is a place you can learn and grow with our yogi community.
