Hi I am Praji , a yoga teacher , breath work practitioner, Yoga therapist, Meditation facilitator & Yoaglates trainer . I have teaching yoga & breathwork for many years with over 1500 hours of training and a life long personal practice .

I believe in sharing the ancient yogic way of living , where we live fully in the present. Yoga is that wisdom that help us to live our life in its full potential.

Yoga is the journey within . The ancient practice of yoga involves pranayama(breath work), asanas (postures), meditations , energy locks, mudras & mantras (sound vibrations). The regular practice will help the practisioner to connect themselves to the inner wisdom, that we all have , and help to live a coherent life, on & off the mat.

Yoga is for everyone, we all start at some point. Don't hesitate , come along and try for yourself .

ABOUT ME


My personal yogic  journey started at a very young age, giving me a strong foundation in yogic philosophy & life, as my grandfather was a yogic practitioner & ayurveda doctor(Ayurveda is a plant based medicine which has a close connection to yogic science).


When I got older I lost the interest in yoga as other things in life got the spotlight.  After finishing my university (Cardiff ) education I started working in the corporate sector. Soon I was overwhelming my nervous system with all the challenges of the corporate world and I had a burn out, which came as a spinal problem. That's when I restarted my yogic journey and soon I was deep diving into yogic wisdom  as I could clearly see yoga was not just the asanas(postures) we do, it's a tremendous wisdom that can help us to navigate our life being centered, no matter what happens in someone's life. 


Soon I started my classes to share the goodness of yoga in its traditional way, and kept myself updated with more advanced training like breathwork, Yin, restorative, yogalates, kundalini, yogic philosophy, hypnotherapy, kinesiology etc. My extensive training helps me to provide classes that are holistic in nature. My clients have noticed a tremendous improvement in their physical and mental health. You can read some reviews here and more on my google page.

Frequently asked questions

Yoga is for everyone. Yoga is not just the postures (asana) you see on the internet. Yoga is a holistic approach where we use the intelligence of body , and the power of mind to make us more strong, flexible & resilient.

I provide modifications as per student needs. If you can come and sit on a chair or mat you are welcome to start the journey of yoga.

If you have a recent health issue, make sure you speak to your health practitioner and get an al clear to start. Then speak to Praji to find which classes are most beneficial for you.

Most of the health conditions get better with regular practice of yoga. Yoga is a great way to keep yourself healthy, in body mind & soul.

Every body is different . You will notice a difference after the first or second class itself. We need dedicated practice (at least once a week , more if possible) for 6 weeks to feel a solid difference in our body & mind.
